Château des Eyrins Margaux 2020
Old vines on deep gravels, 2.9ha estate owned by Xavier and Julie Gonet-Médeville, well located in the Lascombes-Palmer sector of the appellation. Beautiful deep plum in colour, some oak influence evident in waves of tar and bitumen, but this is great quality, silky tannins, and ton of dark berry fruits fruits, touches of chocolate and pomegranate. This is excellent value, a buy.
