Marqués de Riscal Rioja Barón de Chirel Reserva 2010
Medium deep crimson. Fresh blackberry redcurrant, hint strawberry roasted hazelnut, marzipan aromas. Beautifully balanced wine with ample pure blackberry pastille, strawberry fruits, fine chalky/ cedary textures, lovely inky density and fresh persistent acidity. Lovely complexity, density and torque. Very high-quality vintage. 20 months in bottle after barrel ageing before release.
