Château Beau-Site St Estèphe 2024

Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, opens with a wave of blackcurrant fruit, leafy but fragrant. This is consistent wine that I recommend highly in almost every vintage – but it struggles in 2024 with overly-austere tannins. 38% new oak. Harvest 2 September to October 8.
