Château Climens Bordeaux Blanc Château Climens Asphodèle 2019

A different expression from many of the dry whites in the 2019 vintage, with the 100% Sémillon making an impact. Acacia, even honeycomb notes alongside citrus fruits yet no hint of oxidation, rich yet dry with orange zest, slate, crushed stone and oyster shell salinity. A delicious wine with clear personality. This is the second vintage, and already it has established a clear position.
