Black chocolate, bitter almond, coffee bean, liquorice, this is tightly structured, almost more so than En Primeur, with green pepper notes underneath the fruit. Shows appellation character but also austere tannins. A little more Cabernet in the blend than usual, because of the frost and mildew.
