Parusso Barolo DOCG Riserva Bussia Vigna Munie 2015
Only made in exceptional vintages, this is pale ruby in colour, delicately structured, opening with tobacco leaf, floral, gunsmoke, rose petals, sweet raspberry puree, gaining in intensity through the palate, gathering edges of tar and campfire. Extremely pretty, plenty of Barolo signature, ready to drink, enticingly bitter on the finish, anis and grilled fennel brings you back for another sip. Native yeasts, long ageing in bottle before release, vines in Monteforte d’Alba with south/southwest exposure.
