Château Bernadotte Haut-Médoc 2023

A little austere right now, this is pretty structured, but with vivid En Primeur fruits, and a juicy kick on the finish. Had been using staves for ageing, but have now gone back to 70% oak barrels (15% new), with the rest in stainless steel vats. Oenoconseil consultants.
