Château Biac Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux 2010

A lovely deep plum colour that has held on beautifully over 10 years in bottle, and another vintage with high Merlot in the blend. The fresh acidities of 2010 work brilliantly here, and this really is a delicious wine that showcases the potential of the site, and the quality of the vintage. Still full of pleasure and promise, very much stands out as one to look out for. Damson fruits, chocolate, espresso notes, grilled almonds and turmeric spice. Patrick Leon consultant.
