Château Biac Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux 2012

Ripe fruits, with raspberry puree and black cherries dominant, well balanced, with a silky texture, and a cocoa bean kiss. A lovely wine at a great moment to drink, easy and unfussy but generous. Impressive for the appellation, showcasing the excellent terroir on this spot overlooking the Garonne river, this is a great wine to share. Patrick Leon consultant.
