Château Biac Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux 2015

Six years old, concentrated cassis and black cherry fruits, well integrated tannins, confident and enjoyable. A trace of heat on the finish, reflecting the warmth of the vintage, but great quality – the chocolate and grilled almond character that I get in many of these adds depth and makes Biac stands out head and shoulders against so many in the appellation.
