Château Biac Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux 2018
This is a lovely wine that I have enjoyed every time I have tasted, and it really is one to recommend, up there with the 2010 and 2016 in terms of quality. Silky tannins, young and plump damson fruits, butterscotch and fresh acidities. A vintage where Biac stands out head and shoulders against many from its appellation. Last vintage with Patrick Leon as consultant, as he passed away in December of this year.
