Château Bouscaut Pessac-Léognan Cru Classé de Graves 2019
Always a white with punch and interest, and this majors on nectarine and white peach from the outset. Bitter almond and citrus zest touches on the finish, with a scrape of salinity, add focus and tension through the palate. This is a successful, structured white wine. 42hl/ha yield, 40% new oak.
