Château Bouscaut Pessac-Léognan Cru Classé de Graves 2021
In bottle the character has deepened from En Primeur, delivering plenty of quince, savoury white pear, white pepper and pink grapefruit. Subdued, well balanced, with slate grip and a climb through the finish. This has charm and character, and should age, still needs to fill out to be on line with the usual estate character. Single point upscore.
