Château Bouscaut Blanc Pessac-Léognan Cru Classé de Graves 2011
Soft amber, this is fully evolved, dry with notes of oloroso sherry, orange peel, oyster, honeysuckle. Good persistency and a sense of grace but this is ready to drink up. A dry summer, the grapes were harvested from August 19 though to September 6. 40% new oak.
