Inky plum colour, plenty of estate signature here, the aromatics are burnished and highly charged, grilled sandalwood, ripe black and red fruits. There is a cushion of air, and the construction is skilfully done, but the tannic build up is almost instantaneous. A generous 48hl/ha yield.
