Green apple, white mango, lime, with a touch of smoky reduction. Needs a good 10 minutes to open, would even suggest a short carafe to really get the fleshier fruit to emerge among the flint – expect minerality and reserved precision to overtake the exoticism of the vintage, making this a breath of fresh air. Great quality, with personality. Biodynamic certified.
