Sleek, elegant and finessed, savoury, but austere, with cranberry, orange peel, cloves and raspberry fruit. 43hl/h yield. Higher Cabernet in the blend than usual. Valentin Perrot technical director along with cellar master Christian Alquie. 40% new oak. Harvest September 28 to October 6.
