Château de Fargues Sauternes 2022

Tarte tartin, baked nectarine, white truffle, spiced caramel and saffran, this is luscious in the spirit of the vintage. Harvest took place in one week from mid October. Just 45 barrels in the vintage, half the usual amount, after losing 50% to frost. 550 years under the Lur Saluces family here, with Philippe Lur Saluces now at the helm.
