Château de Malengin Montagne St Emilion Eve 2021

One of the key characters of fruit in 2021 is that it heads towards the cool blue expression, with edges of earth and tomato leaf, and this hits all those boxes. It is carefully made, gently extracted, with finesse and bright strawberries and blueberries, but lies just on the edge of ripeness. 100% aged in amphora after fermentation in stainless steel.
