Crisp opening with focus on citrus and sharper lemon rind. Creamy mid palate weight, this is a sappy and enjoyable white wine that is extremely easy to recommend. Extremely dry, with fresh acidities, a great food wine. A Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel for its red wine, this is the first vintage of its white wine, made from 1.3ha of Sauvignon Blanc vines planted on fine gravel soils in 2015.
