Château de Sales Pomerol 2005
Soft ruby in colour, tobacco and earth on the attack, fresh acidities, this is juicy and charming, a little soft through the finish with with Pomerol character and welcome. Very much ready to drink, full of pleasure but no need to wait longer. One of the oldest family owned estates in Bordeaux, not just Pomerol, with the same family right back to the 16th century. Harvest September 9 to 29, 5% new oak.
