Château Grand Village Bordeaux Blanc Château Grand Village Blanc 2019

White pear, citrus, sage, with a gunsmoke and pepper twist on the finish. Fermentation in barrel, then 20% new oak. Around half of the planted Sauvignon Blanc is from Sancerre genetics, and it has a clarity of expression that is a rare in Bordeaux white. From the same family as Château Lafleur in Pomerol.
