Rose bud, rose petals, cocoa bean, pomegranate, sage, fennel, white truffle, gunsmoke, with lift through the palate. A 2nd wine that has finesse and estate signature. I would suggest drinking it earlier than usual but there is plenty to enjoy here. The number of 2nd wines to look out for in 2021 is vanishingly small. You can put this on the list.
