This is lovely ripe plum colour, nuanced on the attack with rich black pepper and turmeric spice, plnety of character, holds its line from beginning to end, ready to drink with plenty of punchy appellation signature. 40% new oak, average age of vines over 45 years. Light filtration, so may need to be carafed for sediment.
