Firm strict tannins, clear salinity on the finish coupled with dark berry fruits of cassis and bilberry. Tight on the finish, with curls of violet flowers, full of character and finesse. Just 200 bottles and one magnum left at the estate. 80% new oak, 20% one year barrel, 42hl/h yield.
