Eleven years old at this point, and you can see why the terroir of Sauternes is so well suited to this style – it remains bright, nuanced, young, with fresh peaches and nectarine pit alongside citrus and sage, even a touch of steel. Fully in its drinking window, still delivering from what was the inaugural vintage of this dry white.
