Château Lafite Rothschild Pauillac Anseillan 2020
An excellent vintage that showcases the distinct personality of Anseillan, setting it apart from the rest of the Lafite range and giving the thrill of discovering a new name in Pauillac. Delivers unassuming but clear tannic weight, with textured blackberry and loganberry fruit, and a scrape of slate and crayon on the finish. Vinified in a mixture of oak, stainless steel and cement tanks, aged in 100% one year old barrels, made by the estate’s onsite cooperage, and previously used to make Lafite Rothschild.
