Clear crayon and concentrated black cassis, bilberry, cherry pit, lemongrass, cigar box, liquorice root, this is concentrated, with welcome edges of bitter fennel and aniseed that elongate the experience, builds in waves through the palate, emphasising sappy and grippy tannins.
