A wine that shows the possiblities of the vintage, this has deft winemakign that emphasies sparkling purity of fruit, while not attempting to hide the austerity in the tannins. Plentyof raspberry and redcurrantfruits, juicy acidities and clean, finely-bonded tannnins. An excellent Forts, and will benefit from softening up and fattening up during ageing. Harvest 21 September until 10 October. 6.7% press wine, 36% of overall production. No chaptilisation.
