Intensity and depth, with soot, campfire, cocoa bean, espresso, all layered through the palate. There is black fruit here also, and a ton of fresher liqourice root, fennel and silky tannins. Good quality, although you really have to wait before that limestone salinity kicks in. 49hl/ha yield.
