Château Olivier Pessac Léognan Cru Classé de Graves 2022
Always a white wine that I enjoy, this has a juicy opening, with a slate and salt scrape, edges of preserved lemons and nectarine pit, an opulent edge that is more pronounced than during En Primeur, well balanced and hard to argue with. 34hl/h yield, 35% nw oak for ageing, 8ha of vines for the white, 25 years average age. Winemaker and director Laurent Lebrun.
