Château Rochebelle St Emilion Grand Cru Grand Cru Classé 2007
Smoky edge on the nose and this is at a lovely moment to drink. Fresh finish, with crushed mint leaf followed by a saline kick that is part of the Rochebelle signature, giving juice and poise. Sculpted feel overall with savoury redcurrant and raspberry fruit notes that reflect a vintage that had some rain during harvest. No need to wait to drink, although there is plenty of life ahead. 70% new oak.
