Château Séraphine Pomerol 2020

In just a few short years, the 2.2ha Séraphine has become an essential name in Pomerol, and it’s delivering beautiful appellation character in 2020. Creamy damson and black cherry fruits, cocoa bean, spiced red pepper, cigar box and incense. Has settled in over ageing, with luscious tannins and plenty of grip, will improve further over the next few years in bottle. 40% new oak, with a small section in clay amphora.
