Château Séraphine Pomerol 2022

This is an excellent estate that has seen a lot of investment over the past few years since purchase and creation by Martin Krajewski, and a talented team installed. Vivid clarity to the blue and black fruits, slim through the mid palate, woodsmoke and smoked earth alongside raspberry leaf and peony notes. First time to have Cabernet Franc in the blend, and even that 5% seems to have had an impact in the structure and rise through the palate. Aged in 300l barrels, 30hl/h yield, 40% new oak for ageing.
