A little slim through the mid palate, with high impact roasted coffee beans and gunsmoke, soot, campfire, raspberry fruit. Acidity is a touch spiky. New owners for this estate, located in Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, as of July 2023, Pierre-Yves Rigaux and Denis Chazarain, who also own Château Larteau (Bordeaux Supérieur), Clos Bel-Air (Pomerol) and Château Tour Saint-Pierre (St Emilion Grand Cru).
