Château Simard St Emilion Grand Cru 2023

Fresh acidities, this is juicy, vibrant and enjoyable, with black fruits and highly spiced rosemary and freshly cut herbs. A little tight through the mid palate, but good quality. Lower yields than normal here after mildew. Vauthier family of Ausone are owners here.
