Another excellent dry white from Suduiraut in the vintage, showing apricot blossom, lime zest, saffron, turmeric, grilled cumin, lovely weight through the palate. 3.67 TA. 3.25 pH. Fermented in oak, 27% new, 23% fermented and aged in wineglobe. 70 year old vines. Harvest September 10-13, 3,000 bottles.
