Excellent quality, this is truly one to look out for. Sappy tannins that head towards austere on opening, before quickly softening to allow the black cherry and raspberry fruits to take over. This is powerful without being overdone, with delicious appellation signature of espresso and chocolate. A good medium term drinker, from a consistently good property. No need to wait to begin, maybe a year or two to just soften up a little more. Clay gravel slopes, great quality terroir.
