Château Tournefuille Lalande de Pomerol Cuvée La Cure 2022

This small-production bottling from the most high-quality clay sections of the Tournefeuille vineyard is particularly intense in the 2022 vintage. Luscious in its velvety texture, there is a sense of high alcohol in the width and suppleness of the mid palate but it is balanced and given succulence by a ton of liqourice, black cherry, blueberry, brambled loganberries and even cranberries, adding a shot of freshness. Impressive, one to look out for, and a significant step up from the main estate wine.
