I have watched the quality of this Champagne rise over the past decade, and here at 10 years old, it is showing great clarity and freshness, and still feels like it has more youth and life ahead of it. Great quality, persistant mousse, full of joy, with a clear focus on citrus, pear, lime blossom, brioche and grilled almonds.
