Clos Marsalette Pessac Léognan 2024
Intense, plentiful dark fruits, leafy and chalky but with juice, well balanced if a little austere on the opening, will benefit from a few years in bottle – think two or three before beginning to drink. Deep gravel soils helped with drainage and ripening. Harvest 18 to 29 September. 25% new oak. 47 hl/ha yields.
