Domaine Geantet Pansiot Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits AOC 2023

Ruby colour, intense red fruit of cherries, raspberries and wild strawberries, hints of spices with a medium body and smooth tannins. The Gevrey-Chambertin based Fabien Geantet farms 6.86 hectares of this regional appellation, running parallel to the Côtes de Nuits, from Gevrey-Chambertin to the Corton wood, with vines growing on sedimentary limestone and marl. 30% new French oak barrels, for malolactic fermentation and ageing.
