Château Valandraud Vin de France L’Interdit by Valandraud 2023

Soft ruby colour, a little sweet for a Pinot to really show variety typicity, but with super attractive raspberry and white pepper. Enjoyable and juicy, more plummy than a classic Pinot noir. Aged in 60% new oak 40% earthenware jarres, 50% whole bunch, 50% destemmed grapes. Clay limestone soils that are part of the Valandraud vineyard, south facing.
