L’Orme de Rauzan-Gassies Haut-Médoc 2023

Plenty of character to the blackcurrant and blackberry fruits on the attack, a little slim through the mid palate, with fresh acidities, pomegranate, red cherry, grilled earth and orange peel. The vines for this wine are in Saint Seurin de Cadourne, covering 28ha, part of Château Bel Orme Tronquoy which is also owned Château Rauzan Gassies, Margaux 2nd Growth. Eric Boissenot consultant.
