Medium deep crimson. Browning. Developed amontillado, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate, hint of dates and balsamic aromas. Beautifully concentrated and silky textured wine with developed dark berry, tobacco leaf, chocolate flavours, fine loose knit and supple chalky textures and fresh mineral acidity. Just holding up. Remarkable wine. First wine of Rioja in oak. Three to four years aging in oak.
