Rich and intense, with plenty of punch and character to its blackberry and damson fruits. This was a relatively wet vintage in Chile, but here you get a confident, sculpted wine that is laced with cocoa bean and liqourice root, giving plenty of Cabernet depth, clear long ageing potential with a cooling crushed mint leaf purity on the finish. 70% new oak for aging, Aurelio Montes del Campo winemaker.
