Yellow straw with brilliant glints. These young vine, just 3 years old on average, grown on clay-limestone of Maranges village at the southern tip of the Côtes de Beaune, show real promise. Fragrant acacia and white peaches. Refined, supple and lively. The word ouvrée, by the way, is an old term for measuring a vineyard surface, with one ‘ouvrée’ being equal to what a vigneron could work in one day.
