Château Angélus Bordeaux Tempo d’Angélus 2019
The plots of vines for this new wine from the Angélus team are entirely in Castillon but bottled under AOC Bordeaux. Lots of cool clay and limestone, with correspondingly sculpted blueberry fruits. Cool fermentation helps keep the focus on fruit and freshness, this is enjoyable and no need to wait to drink. 40% new oak.
