Medium ruby colour, sour cherry and underbrush opener, captures moreish levels of freshness and acidity, savoury and with charm, a little reserved but as it opens it becomes creamy, enticing and easy to love. Touch of heat on the finish, but plenty to enjoy. Seven different plots of Merlot make up this wine. 12 months in bottle after ageing before release.
