Château La Croix de Pez St Estèphe 2014
Balanced, one of the lower alcohols, a little light in its texture and colour. This is unfussy, easy to drink, with red cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry, earth, iron, no need to wait. Heading to tertiary. Familly Guyonneau, with this the first vintage Philippe Guyonneau’s son in law Cyril Frémy began making the wine (taking it back from the local cooperative). Plenty of potential.
